When you write or book

We use your name, email, meeting time and any message to respond and arrange a conversation. Your name and email are required to book; the message is optional. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in handling enquiries and meetings (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

We delete information once the enquiry, agreed follow-up and any work together are finished, unless still needed for legally required records or a specific legal claim.

Services for email, meetings and hosting process data for us. Transfers outside the EU/EEA, including the US, rely on EU adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses. Ask us for a copy of the safeguards.

Your rights

Contact us to access, correct or delete your information, restrict processing or object to it. Where applicable, you can receive your information for reuse elsewhere. You may complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.
